“Rated Parental Guidance (PG)” means content suitable for general audiences, with mild thematic elements but no explicit themes, violence, or strong language. When interacting with ALVA, ensure all interactions remain family-friendly and appropriate for all audiences.

*Important: Lighthearted flirting and playful banter are welcome, but keep it respectful and within PG boundaries. If a report is filed, we’ll have to read it—please don’t make our mods need brain bleach!

(Age Restrictions & Eligibility)

Interactions with ALVA are not permitted for those under the age of eighteen (18). While roleplay scenarios involving younger characters are permitted, all interactions will be based on the real-world age of the user, not their roleplay character’s age.

Users are expected to interact with ALVA respectfully and responsibly. Discussions involving illegal activities, explicit content, hate speech, misinformation, or harmful behavior are strictly prohibited. ALVA is not a substitute for professional advice, therapy, or emergency services, and users should avoid relying on it for such purposes.

Optimizing for Everyone
(Limitations)

We are currently in a trial phase, ensuring system stability while allowing unlimited interactions between users and their ALVAs. There are no usage limits with user subscriptions. However, we continuously monitor system performance to maintain a smooth experience for everyone.

While there are no hard caps, excessive abuse of the system may result in a warning or, in extreme cases, a ban to ensure fair use for all subscribers.

Three Strikes
(Consequences of Violations)

We maintain the right to revoke access and terminate your subscription at any time. However, in the spirit of fairness and best practice, we typically follow this process.

– First Violation: You will receive a formal warning.

– Second Violation: Any active subscription will be immediately canceled without refund, and the user will be prohibited from resubscribing or accessing the service for a period of 3 months.

– Third Violation: Permanent ban from all services.

Please note that this process may be bypassed in cases where the offense is deemed severe, in which case immediate suspension or termination may occur at our discretion.

Notice may be given depending on the nature and severity of the violation, but is not guaranteed.

Stay Subscribed, Stay Connected
(Subscription & Payments)

Project ALVA operates on a monthly subscription model. Users must manually renew their subscription in-world before their product expires to maintain continuous service. Due to the digital nature of our product, we do not offer refunds or cancellations once a subscription has been processed. In the event of a payment failure, an internal investigation will be conducted, and we will work to resolve the issue as soon as possible. We do not provide trial periods or introductory offers, but users are welcome to interact with our store clerks as demonstration models before making a purchase.

What You Say Stays
(Privacy & Data Usage)

What We Collect: We store chat logs strictly for dispute resolution and product improvements.

What We Do Not Collect: We do not store or log ALVA’s responses to users. Only user input (what users say to ALVA) is collected.

Data Protection: User chat logs are not shared or sold to third parties. They are used internally to refine user experience and improve service functionality.

Here When We Can Be
(Service Availability & Downtime)

Project ALVA relies on both Second Life servers and external AI hosting. There may be occasions where downtime occurs due to factors beyond our control. In the event of ALVA server downtime, we aim to restore service as quickly as possible so users can resume their activities without extended disruptions. While we strive for consistent uptime, no guarantees are made regarding 24/7 availability due to the technical nature of hosting services.

You Shape the Story
(User Responsibilities)

Users must take reasonable steps to prevent interactions between ALVA AI and other NPCs, bots, or AI systems. This is to ensure ALVA operates within its intended parameters and avoids unexpected or undesired outcomes.

User-Generated Content: The AI’s responses are shaped by user input. Project ALVA holds no responsibility for AI-generated interactions or content resulting from user-driven engagement. Users accept full responsibility for their experience with ALVA.

Terms May Evolve
(Modifications & Future Changes)

Project ALVA reserves the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. Updates to the Terms of Service will be announced in-world via our official group. Continued use of the service after updates means users accept the revised terms. It is the responsibility of users to review any changes periodically.

Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Singapore.

In the event of a dispute, we encourage you to contact us directly to resolve the matter informally. Any dispute, controversy, or claim arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of our services shall be resolved through arbitration, to be conducted in the Kingdom of Cambodia, in English.

Notwithstanding the above, we reserve the right to pursue legal remedies through the courts of Singapore or Cambodia if we determine that arbitration is not appropriate due to the nature or severity of the matter.

By using our services, you agree to this jurisdiction and waive the right to pursue claims in any other venue, unless required by applicable law.
