How does the billing / subscription work?

Subscriptions to ALVA are billed monthly with unlimited usage. To subscribe, visit our store and sign up via our in-store terminals. All billing is managed through Second Life terminals.

Can I have multiple subscriptions?

Yes! You are able to have multiple subscriptions, however in order to do so each subscription must be activated before purchasing another.

Can I cancel my subscription?

Unfortunately we are unable to offer cancellations or refunds after a subscription is purchased.

What happens if I violate TOS?

In the case of TOS violation, Residents will first receive a formal warning. If the violation continues, subscription access will be temporarily suspended for the period of 3 months. Repeated violations will result in a permanent ban from our services.

We maintain the right to revoke access and terminate your subscription at any time.

Can I try ALVA before committing?

You can interact with our ALVA Clerks at our store branch for a trial experience. For a more personalized experience, we provide a minimum subscription length of 1 month.

Can my ALVA interact with other Second Life Residents?

Yes, absolutely! Your ALVA can interact with other Second Life Residents. All users must consent to our terms via a pop-up agreement before accessing ALVA. While we are enhancing our system to address potential issues, users are responsible for their actions and Subscribers are responsible for taking appropriate measures to prevent and address any violations.
